Our Story

The Landing Depot launched in 2020 when founders Jason and TJ saw a unique opportunity to serve the Asheville and Mills River communities. An increased cost of living coupled with an overabundance of retail products presented the need for a venue where overstock items could be sold at a deep discount. 

With the addition of our second location in Asheville in early 2023, our product offerings continue to expand, and increased consumer demand allows us the ability to offer more name brand products at deep discounts.
